Maya Scarf

In India, the Hindus use “maya" as the word for "illusion."  By this, they mean the illusion of the separateness of things when we are in fact all joined at the level of energy, or, if you prefer, at the level of the Great Spirit, All-There-Is.  Illusion is most often associated with our gift of vision, but the two, unblinking eyes staring out at us from atop the two pillars of this piece help to see through what is not true.
This lightweight scarf is made of a beautiful, luxurious fabric that will add a bold, creative statement to any wardrobe. Modal is a soft botanic fabric made out of European beechwood.
Because of modal's botanic origin, it is particularly eco-friendly and its fineness is comparable to that of natural silk.Wrap it around your shoulders or your neck with dresses, jeans, tees and tunics feel the gentle strength, love and protection of the artwork's symbolism.
